Customer Success / Account Manager

The Customer Success / Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and handle requests from users.  The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The position also includes customer success work and operations.

Senior Customer Success Manager

Our Customer Success Management team is tasked with creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers while helping them get all the benefits from our platform as they incorporate Snappy into their organizations. In this role you will lead a team of CSMs and manage your own book of business.

What will you be doing?

• Lead a team of 2-4 strong and experienced CSMs
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

• Build and analyze hypotheses on our data

Qualification

• 2 or more years prior industry experience as a data scientist and/or engineer
