The Operations Manager is critical in leading smooth operation of our business and requires cross-functional collaboration. What will you be doing?

Customer Success /Account Manager

The Customer Success / Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and handle requests from users.  The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The position also includes customer success work and operations.

• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers

Executive Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to support our senior managers in a timely and professional manner. The Executive Assistant will provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to top-level executives.

The Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, organizing daily calendars, screening candidates, making travel arrangements, office management, gift sourcing and other tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Our ideal candidate also has previous experience as an Executive Assistant and is familiar with office management technologies. 

Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of senior managers and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.

What will you be doing?
