Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is critical in leading smooth operation of our business and requires cross-functional collaboration. What will you be doing?
• Executing to day operations including handling orders and customer support
• Identifying optimization opportunities and taking initiative to improve business processes

Customer Success /Account Manager

The Customer Success / Account Manager creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and handle requests from users.  The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The position also includes customer success work and operations.  

What will you be doing?
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships 
• Overseeing customer account management

Qualifications

Lead Generation Specialist

What will you be doing?
• Assist with prospecting new business opportunities 
• Take initiative to help Sales team convert their efforts into leads
• Build new methods for attracting clients  
• Identify points of contact within our target markets and buyer personas and create prospect lists  
• Prospect, develop, and generate a steady pipeline of new qualified sales opportunities through direct cold calling, direct mail, email, events/trade shows, social media, in-person, and other modern prospecting methods
